Music Ministry

The purpose of the music department is to glorify God through song and music. Furthermore, we operate in the church to usher in the presence of God into our services, creating an atmosphere in which God would feel welcome to come and move on His people

As the strong men of the house, we must be "battle ready". This will require us putting on the whole armor of God, meaning we will do any and everything to contribute to the up-building of the Kingdom of God. We are the laborers sent forth by the Lord of the harvest!

This ministry’s purpose is to develop and oversee the public image that is presented to the community ensuring it clearly reflects the church's identity.

Our ministry and mission is to serve as assistants to our Pastor, Church and the community, as we are empowered by the Bible which is the only infallible written word of God. I Tim. 3:8

Ministerial Staff

The GBWT Ministerial staff is an extended arm of our pastor. Through the grace of God, we can assist our pastor in ministering God's word throughout the community. We do this by entering into the jails, colleges, streets, hospitals, homes and homeless shelters, and witnessing to the uttermost part of the earth unto Jesus Christ (Acts 1:8).

Community Outreach

Community outreach at Greater Bible Way Temple occurs through a variety of mission programs that touch both neighbors nearby and friends all across Bay County. We have donated to and collaborated with a broad spectrum of organizations, including those devoted to elder care, youth activities, substance abuse, mental and physical health care, housing, and international missionary work.

Kitchen Committee

The purpose of the Kitchen Committee is to maintain a well-equipped kitchen for all to use, and to prepare delicious meals for the people of God to enjoy free of charge.

Greeters

The Greeters Ministry provides a warm welcome to all members and visitors before worship services & events. Greeters are stationed at the entrances to offer smiles and handshakes/hugs, to give directions, and to distribute bulletins and designated materials.
